Mom votes a 3. This is a personal preference based on my personal body structure. (I have a fat stomach :-)) This being said, I don't get along very well with high-rise pants. I either look as though I am carrying a tire around up high or something else further down low. It's not really the look I'm going for. Other than that, these pants are AMAZING! Do make sure you size down, they have A LOT of stretch!!!
I would recommend ordering a size down if you like to fitted. If you prefer items to be looser, then your typical size.
